Secondly I have rather high concentration levels, so long as the subject is interesting or challenging so I find it very easy to remain engaged in a learning environment, so long as the subject is interesting and have potential application.
My personal areas of weakness in being a self-motivated and engaged student are as follows:
Firstly I have seldom had to do any work at school since my intelligence means that I grasped concepts very quickly and was able to achieve a passing mark without any effort, this means that my self-motivation quickly slips when the subject is one in which I have no interest. In this case I will usually do just enough work in order to pass.
Secondly if I don’t see the relevance of the subject, what skills it can provide and how it can be applied in my job I quickly lose motivation and will lose engagement with the subject and the class.

I will invest in my career, taking the time to produce quality work to make my contributions stand out above those of my peers.
3. I will travel more for experiences. My job means that I have visited more than 40 countries and all 7 continents and unfortunately this has disillusioned me with regards to travel. I believe that it will be good for my personal growth to travel more for the experiences and not simply to work in those countries.
4. I will work on my social skills and attempt to take more of an interest in others. Having just moved to the US I have no circle of friends or family for support here so I believe I will grow personally if I can make friends in this country.
5. I will join a Maker Space to allow me to engage with others who share the same passion for electronics and building things that I do. This will also help me make friends, learn new skills like forging and casting and I believe that learning these skills will be great for my personal
