My Past Career as a Student For every student, their student life is a different experience. As far as I am concerned, I learnt so many things. In my school life, I relied on my parents for everything. Whatever problem I faced, whether it was related to study or other issues, I just conveyed it to my parents believing that they will handle everything. However, upon entering the college, I had the opportunity to be independent and take my responsibilities myself. I did! I pushed myself forward on my own. Took almost all my decisions myself, like what course I need to choose, how I will manage my time for studies and other activities, which friends to keep and which to leave and similar. The

So, like everybody else, I also had some weaknesses. What I found as my major weakness was that I had no grip on accounting. Accounting is the main subject of commerce. I chose commerce because I was interested in Finance relevant subjects but the fact is, commerce students can never get rid of Accounting, no matter what. I was never good in Mathematics too, though Accounting and Mathematics are two different subjects but I never liked numerical subjects much. Also in class assignments, I used to have a very difficult time with this subject. I always got good marks in all the subjects but Accounting always effected my …show more content…
I have made a research project on “How Cell Phones are Dangerous for Society”. All my teachers and my class mates liked my research efforts and appreciated me a lot. While conducting the research, I had to conduct surveys by questionnaires. I and my group fellows had to visit different colleges as research was based on student surveys. We had a very difficult time while making surveys because students of many competitive colleges were not so much cooperative in this regard. We had to request them for filling the questionnaires seriously and free of errors as we had invested money and a lot of hard work to manage all this

I am not a journalist; I am a screenwriter, but like you, I have an affinity for writing because it is a fine art, like sculpting or painting. In college, I was a political science major, and I loved it because every course taught me something new and exciting about the structure of governments, the ideologies of foreign countries, or the norms and customs of any given culture. Whether I was documenting the plight of African American children in the South or the rise of the Islamic Republic in Iran, I enjoyed telling stories. I believe journalism requires first-rate storytelling ability, because if the truth is distorted so is the integrity of the journalist. Conveying emotions in an honest and creative manner is a special skill, and anybody who loves the craft of writing understands that cutting through the black and white, is what makes the relationship between author and reader so sacred.…

When you start a new job, you begin your training knowing close to nothing about your position. When you learn a new instrument, you must learn all the parts and their functions before even touching it. When I was in high school, I was one of the best musicians in my concert band.…

Gibbs model of reflection 1 Introduction College life turned out to be much different than what I expected and I was not ready for it even when I thought I definitely was. I was raised in a closely-knit family comprising of my father, mother and younger brother and me. All my life, till the day I left home to start a new chapter in my life, my parents had monitored my every move and essentially spoon-fed me because they wanted the best for and therefore I never really understood what the word ‘freedom’, that my other friends would talk about, meant. From making food, to managing money, my parents had done everything for me to the point that all I had to worry about was managing my studies, in which they also aided me by paying for private tuitions so I could clear the doubts that I had. Life was simple.…
