“Life is a series of decisions. It doesn’t simply happen by chance” (Ingle 5). In this paper I will talk about my gifts and abilities, my passions and values, my experiences, my calling, and my personality. I believe that my calling is to become an elementary school teacher. God has combined my passion for kids and my passion for making learning fun into an actual career. I believe teachers are so undervalued because if you really think about it they are the ones that are molding the minds of the future doctors, lawyers, astronauts, etc. They have such a major influence and impact on young students minds because they are with these students almost every day for eight hours a day. Having this personality will help me fulfill my calling because as a teacher you need to be someone that is not afraid to get up in front of the class and take charge. I am able to keep my classroom in order while still having fun. A characteristic of ESFJ is that they are very organized which will definitely help with my calling because I will have to keep all of the students work and my classroom organized.
