Personal Philosophy Of Parenting

“Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.” As a toddler we begin to walk ourselves into some unhappy situations. At this age parents begin to apply their parenting skills by teaching their toddler how to behave. The parents will begin to teach them simply things like sharing is caring and giving them choices to correct their behavior. Being the first born I began to understand more and more everyday about my parent’s parenting technique that they have chosen to use to raise my siblings and I. They have us to become independent individuals that can decide right from wrong and acquire responsibility, so that as we grow we can build ourselves towards our future. Altogether raising a human being comes with great difficulty there is no right way but parents try to raise the child to their full potential. At the end it is ultimately their life choices that will lead them either to success or failure. The environment impacts the child as well by teaching them how to enhance budgeting skills, prevent bullies, be organized, and shape themselves into intellectual human begins. Instead of representing the universe in only a positive way by showing the negative parts of the world this will reveal to the child what to avoid that will endanger them. Without them I wouldn’t have a job being able to independently make my own money or even have the motivation to further my education. With a positive environment I am able to recognize the importance of being a part of a community and every day I am shown reasons to be utterly grateful for my life. Without being able to have parents I could go to for advice I wouldn’t know how to handle a situation correctly. They have pointed me in the right direction my entire life and now it’s up to myself to go through this path with the lessons I have been taught and my own personal experiences.
