From another assessment 5.2 (How Do You Feel About Yourself), I scored 33 points, which relates to my self-esteem, and as a result, I scored above average in self-esteem. Assessment 5.3 (Are Your Thoughts Helping or Hurting Your Longevity) helps me to find out about the extraordinary challenges that make me freeze up with fear.
After studying the chapter that revolves around ‘Spirituality and Health’, I understood how I can think more positively to overcome my destructive thoughts and opinions. Spirituality can help remove stress and worries, and it enhances the meaning and purpose of life. I have to consider many factors to develop my life management skills, in order to bring more positivity and to boost my self-esteem. For example, I can bring more positivity into my life by having prayers, hope and faith. Another thing that I would prefer is to feel more contented of what I have, to show forgiveness and altruism for others.

I also have a history of heart attack in my family background. After completing the assessment 12.1 (Cancer Prevention Questionnaire), I am going to take a better control of my lifestyle factors which will help reduce my risk of having cancer.
After going through the chapter ‘Cancer Prevention and Wellness’ and reading about the cardiovascular diseases, I have gained insight of how my lifestyle is directly affecting my mental and physical health. In the future, to decrease the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer, I will have to develop life management skills to prevent them. For instance, I would try to exercise 30 minutes every day, including both physical and aerobic. For cancer prevention, I would try to avoid direct sunlight rays contact for a long time, to save myself from skin cancer caused by ultraviolet

I already knew the difficulty in raising a child, it is not an easy task at all because how your raise your child affects how the child is going to be as an adult. Your choices matter and weigh very heavy when raising a child and its not as simple as making a choice or picking an answer, you have to consider in the long run how it will affect the future. However I still gained a lot of knowledge and sort of experience from this course and completeing each assignment raising my child which I named Hunter. What I really liked about this assignment were the real life situations that were thrown at me each week like my partner losing their job, getting a divorse or having second child, all made each choice harder and requiring me to think about my choice choosing which option I think would be best due to my knowledge. Having a virtual life assignment along with each weeks module gave me more knowledge into the inner workings of a persons development so I can choose a better option for raising my child in the lab.…
