My overall expectations for the remainder of the semester will be to continue on making connections with the children and building strong relationships. I hope to become a role model that the preschoolers can look up to. I expect my positive attitude and encouraging spirit to help support and guide the children in enhancing different developmental domains. I also expect to gain greater knowledge and understanding through having close interactions with the children. Furthermore, I believe I will enhance my planning skills by incorporating the needs of each child, by making small group activities and area set up.
