I will let students compose and sing songs about the subject or make their own instruments, and learn in rhythmical ways to associate their Musical Intelligence with the prepared activities. Some of the students with Verbal/Linguistic Intelligence will be directed to read, write, and learn in many traditional modes and then scrutinize and consolidate their findings on paper. For apprentices with a naturalist intelligence, I will provoke interest by using ordinary specimens and resources from the natural surroundings. Students that show Kinesthetic Intelligence, will build models, dramatize events, and dance, all in ways that relate to the practical content. Students that exhibit Logical/ Mathematical Intelligence, I will allow them to work with math games, mathematical concepts, science experiments and problem solving. My student needs are met throughout this approach. Their rational requirements are met by continually being tested and regularly exploring their creativity. Yarelis is unable to behave appropriately during my instruction period, thus, her classmates are annoyed by her actions. My classroom setting and lesson methodology are disrupted. She frequently disturbs and engages others students during the learning tasks. She does this by encouraging others to talk and disrespectful speaking directly above me. My authority is been destabilized and challenged to the point that the rest of my class think that I’m unfair, mean and bad tempered. A likely solution is to contact her with the intent of having a few private get-to-know-you dialogues engaging her in short conversations about topics that interested her and reinforcing any good work that she had accomplished ensuring her that I do recognize her as a student. My tactful approach also can help Yanelis if presented in a peacefully way to see if we are able to resolve this tricky issue together. Throughout this process, I constantly told her that I cared and wanted to help her.
