A goal is defined as an end toward which effect is directed. Occupational goals can help an individual establish where they want to be in their career and how they want to get there. These specific goals can benefit those who are entirely happy in their current career track or those who are looking for a career change. My occupational goal is to become a sports Orthopaedic surgeon. To provide the best possible care to patients who require surgical services in the areas of Orthoapedic surgery is another one of my top occupational goals.
