For my 4th observation I went into a 2nd grade classroom at Nazareth School District’s Shafer Elementary School. I had arrived around 7:45 a.m. just as the students themselves were arriving. Mrs. Sysko was the teacher in the classroom during my observation and was outstanding with the children. She used technology, such as a smart TV when going over past work and future work they would do that day. The students were able to interact using the technology on the ipad, which made it seem easier for the students to comprehend. The day of my observation the students had to take a test.
