My New Year Resolutions

Have you ever made New Year resolutions and not achieved then because you get tired of doing them throughout the whole year? Well, I have too! This year, I have decided to make some resolutions that I know that if I put the effort, I can achieve them. Past years, I have made resolutions thinking it would be easy to achieve them but I was wrong, I just did them for the first weeks of the year, got tired of doing them, and not complete them during the year, but this year I chose three resolutions, the first resolution is to exercise more, the second resolution is to spend more time with my family, and the third resolution is to get earlier to my classes.
There are a lot of people in this world that suffer from obesity. A lot of people don’t follow a healthy diet and not exercise much or not even at all. Later on in life, those people end up suffering from a lot of diseases and have to be taking a lot of medicine, for making a bad choice when they were younger. One of my New Year's resolutions is to eat healthy and exercise. I want to become a healthier person, that later on in life doesn’t have to be going to the doctor very

How many people have not been tardy to a meeting, airport, work, date, appointment, or even to school like I usually do. We sometimes don’t realize how important it can be to get early to a place. For example, if we get late to work you might get fired because they don’t wants people that are going to get late to work everyday. Other example is a meeting, a business man can lose a very important sale, probably the biggest one of his life, but if he ends up getting late, he would lose the opportunity of getting it. Another example is a date, you might think it won’t be that bad to get late to it but you might end up losing the girl of guy of your dreams.
