My New Choice Of Career

Introduction
For over 10 years, I have been working as a manager for HealthPlus Amerigroup insurance company. The company is one of the most successful insurance companies that have invested heavily in the health insurance sector. I will be graduating with a Bachelor degree in Health Care Management at the end of 2014 allowing me to change my career. Since I started school in my childhood, I was not sure what kind of workplace fitted me best. Just like other kids, I used to admire wild careers that seemed impressive and touched my feelings. Although I cannot mention the same careers now, I am driven by the same desire and purpose of life. I always wanted to be the hero who is always there for the helpless; that dream is still intact. Growing up in an educational environment full of experience has greatly shaped my choice of career. I have narrowed down to a carrier path that will, at last, fulfill my childhood dream of assisting the helpless.
How I Made My Choice on Career To arrive at my new choice of career, I first developed an interest in the working in a stable environment which will be connected to my ten-year experience in the health care industry. This has given me a chance to try, confirm and improve my personal strengths while at the same realized my weakness from a practical point of view. I have survived a lot of pressure especially with the acquisitions of the companies that I was working for. Remaining in the managerial position clearly confirms my strong management and leadership skills.
