My greatest strength is that I am a compassionate person; I am easy to approach and I am a good listener. I have been told that I am a person who can empathize with others, and consequently, people find comfort in sharing their stories with me. Compassion is an important characteristic for a physician assistant to possess because patients should be able to feel comfortable in the care they are receiving during their most vulnerable state. Also, as a student, I am very inquisitive and eager to learn new things. I am constantly reading up on the news whether it is about the country's economy or an article on art history.…

This 30 minute assessment was an interesting tool that pointed out my greatest strengths. It also provided a detailed description of what having those strengths mean and examples of how they are prominent in a person 's life. After taking the StrengthsFinder survey, I discovered that my five dominant strengths are empathy, harmony, consistency, relator, and restorative.…

The five greatest strengths shown to me by the Strengthsfinder Survey were Consistency, Belief, Responsibility, Developer, and Relator. I chose a life of Civil Service, in the Military and now as a Police Officer. Having Consistency and Responsibility I believe fit right into this life choice and in my opinion if you don't have Belief in what you're doing you shouldn’t be doing it in the first place. I utilize Consistency on a daily basis as a Police Officer. I wholeheartedly believe each individual has the right to be treated fairly and on equal ground to anyone else regardless of social, economic or criminal justice standings.…

From the Strength Finder 2.0 online test, I found out that my first five strengths are Adaptability, Belief, Deliberative, Relator and Maximizer. Adaptability refers to a person who lives in the flow and don’t see their future as a fixed destination. They believe that they will find their path as it evolves. Besides that, an even and unhurried pace is their favorite environment to work. They usually prefer to work independently and have time to their own to manage.…

One strength I agree is, Jack-Of-All-Trades, this means with my strategic mind and analytical capabilities, I can analyze everything and eventually figure it out along with fix whatever life throws at me. Determination, if a project or assignment interest me, I will excel and probably go beyond on it, but this is only if I take an interest in it. General things that interest me is engineering things, science related projects (NOT biology), and problem solving whether it be law, math, science, or strategy. Another relatable strength would be independence; I do not like relying on others since I generally give little trust to most people. In a group the project the only way I can be 100% sure it is finished, is by doing the work myself.…

Another one of my strengths are being calm and dealing with people in a calm manor, doing this is very helpful because if a player is angry before anything I will try to calm the player down. Listening to both sides of stories and understanding people, this is one of my main strengths I know when people are lying like when they make a story then change it. When dealing with a situation of two individuals I will listen to both stories and see what I can do to help (collecting proof in the progress.) Kindness, this strength really helps me out when I meet new people I will always be kind and be respectful towards the individual this often results in making friends, also I rarely fall out with people and if I do I always sort things out with…

I might not be first in my class, or I might not always get the best grades in the class, but I always have that determination to work hard to be the best that I can possibly be. When I wake up in the morning and look at myself in the mirror, I always want to be able to tell myself that I will and have done the best that I can. Another strength of mine would have to be that I am well organized. I like to have all my academic school work organized, which I believe also helps me cope with time management. Being well organized, makes getting my school work done efficiently and due on time possible by knowing when my assignments are due, and where my assignments are, rather than losing track of my work which may take extra time out of my day to find that information, which ultimately gives myself less time to study and get the most out of my education.…
