Researched Findings: It says that my personality type’s nickname is the “devil’s advocate.” Meaning that I thrive on tearing apart through debates and arguments and I analyze both sides and prove which one is better based on facts and evidence. Learning both sides to the story would help develop a more in depth sense of others’ reasoning, but a better understanding of opposing ideas – since ENTPs are the ones arguing them. ENTPS don’t have a strategic goal in mind for doing this, but merely for the interest and fun in doing so. ENTP’s have the analyst side on them by learning all sides of a story and then constantly switching sides to get a better understanding for them.

The preferences of one’s personality can make all the difference in social interactions and events. A person that I work with seems to have a very different way of thinking then I do at times. I like to think before I act, while my co-worker likes to act and then reflect on those actions later. Sometimes it works, other times my co-worker wished that they thought first then acted and me vise-versa. Another difference is our organizational skills. When I get files, papers, or other documents, I like to put them away right away in the spot that they go to. My co-worker likes to pile everything on the desk and then puts it all away before they go home for the day. Sometimes that is a good thing because my co-worker actually gets a little bit more work done (sometimes) because she doesn’t focus on putting the files away until the work is done. My workspace is more organized however because everything has a place and everything is in its place. I leave early sometimes because my workspace is already clean, while my co-worker rushes to put everything away so they can leave on
