We gravitate to people with whom we have similar interests, and strive to be part of a group and be around other people with similar interests. I think the most important co-culture that I belong to would be my family. This is the group of people who I love to be with, who I have and still learn from, who let me become and to be me, and whom I value the most in life. My family is an extremely important co-culture in my life because we are great at displaying feelings, listening, and we trust each other. The second important co-culture that I have been a part of for the last 12 years is the group I call my barn friends; we all own horses, and ride and show together. Most of my free time is spent at the barn with this co-culture group. These are friends I am now very close with that I have good relationships with, rely on and relate to because we have a connection because of a common bond as horse owners with very similar interests. A third co-culture that I am a part of is the group of 12 individuals that are studying the same thing in school that I am, Cardiovascular Technology. We are together 8 hours a week in class, lab, and clinicals. We also study together to share information and idea
