Throughout my research it was important to address people because it is necessary to know whether there are enough people in the target market in demand of the services/products that The Therapy Life Centre supplies, if for example there was not a high enough demand due to the fact that holistic health centres are a competitive market than it would contribute to strategic decisions such as promotions to ensure we are appealing to our small market over another organisation and that when advertising room space it is important that they are the right people to deliver a service that fits in with the overall holistic nature of the organisation. When covering the topic of people it was also important that I took into consideration cultural, economic and buyer behaviour factors because by looking at these elements I would be able to discover if there were a threats that could make themselves present such as if there was only a certain class that could afford our services, if our customers were not regular therefore maybe the strategy would need to cover a way to make customers loyal and if there were any cultural clashes because by covering these I would be able to start implementing a way to oppose these …show more content…
By covering physical environment in my marketing strategy I would begin to take into consideration the effect on sales this would have therefore it would be much more beneficial to Therapy Life Centre financially if they were to advertise closer to Southend where they are based because it would be more convenient for those around that area to come use our service/products. Also addressing the look of the organisation is important because due to the fact that Therapy Life Centre are a holistic health centre it is important for the environment to be comfortable and not appear as though we are a doctors because they are coming to our services for help therefore the last thing clients would need is to feel uncomfortable or as though they are in a stuffy waiting
