I did not realize that I was doing this whatever we had a conversation. Since he has brought this to my attention, I have started practicing in the mirror and changing my facial expressions to make sure that I am reacting in a positive way to what is being conveyed to at that time. In addition, my husband mentioned that I was an attentive and empathic listener. He felt as though I always listened and cared about what the other person is conveying. Furthermore, it would allow the individual to release their emotions and reduce tension to help them problem solve. This positive feedback and advice were very encouraging and uplifting to my spirit.
