My Life Well Lived

According to Abraham Lincoln, “it’s not the years in your life count, it is the life in your years”. This quote is important to me because I believe a life well lived is that which has impacted the society in a positive way. My parents deserted me at the age of four due to reasons unknown to me but known to them. I lived most of childhood with my grandparents who greatly took care of me. However, while I was in high school, my grandpa was diagnosed with diabetes Mellitus, which had affected his kidney functions. The little money we had were insufficient for the medical bills. I would also love to own a pharmaceutical company which would be involved in the making of drugs that might someday cure that human immune virus and perhaps a cure for cancer. I would also love to serve in communities that lack access to good health facilities either in the United States or abroad. Finally, my long term goals include becoming a man whose impact will be remembered posthumously as" legendary". I would be happy to actualize my dream of winning a Nobel prize. I would also pioneer new procedures in which prescription drugs have to undergo safety measures. I would also like to create a database of drugs which would better assist pharmacists in their work. In conclusion, my goals, ambition, and experience shows my admiration for the profession of pharmacy. I am a team player, a dreamer, and achiever who is clearly going to add value to the field pharmacy. I Am aware of the hurdles of pharmacy school. However, with diligence and perseverance.
