Like most, my life starts with birth which, for me, occurred on December 5th, 2001 in the small town of Florence, SC. I was born into a family that had barely begun. My mom was 20 and my Dad was 24. He has only been my friend for a short while, but I think we’ve grown pretty close. Niles is kind of like the brother that I never got to have, although he sometimes crosses the line without meaning to. However, if I am being honest, he’s not my best friend.
My best friend would have to be Paige, which most people wouldn’t agree with and would say that we can not be friends because we are related, but I do not think that is true. She has been with me through thick and thin, and not just because we’re family. Paige is the only person that I feel comfortable telling anything to, and vice versa. If I had a disaster, and could only save one thing, I would save her.
Despite what it may seem, I do not believe anything written above makes me unique. Instead, I think my thoughts and beliefs throughout all my experiences are what separates me from the rest. I think this because I was not the only the only who stayed up late at night, listening to my parents fight, or the only one who camped out in my little tree house when the wind felt just right.
