Personal Autobiography

Autobiography Life can be an exciting and also a very terrifying experience. As my life continues I grow older and possess new knowledge, but I also reflect a bit to the difference between when I was a kid to other kids. My family is from a Hispanic decent and both my parents were born in Mexico. My father came various times illegally to the United States to try to make a better life for us. Many times he succeeded to cross the border line without being detected; he has been deported many times as well. I have five older brothers and I am the youngest amongst my siblings. Out of all six of us only me and another brother are the only ones who have ever attended college. To me this is a big accomplishment because none of my family ever had …show more content…
Many women have thought of me as a douchebag and has an asshole, excuse my language but it is true. Too many times I have been told that because of my appearance and fashion ways. I love being out and about exploring the dangers and greatness of this magnificent world. What makes me such an enthusiastic guy and social person is the way I was raised. My father taught me the meaning of hard work by acquainting me to field work. I hand sawed trees off, carried a long pole to remove almonds from trees, and just very hard work with an intensive heat added on to that. Now every other job I work at is nothing compared to what I had been prefaced to. My communication, outgoing mind, untimid self, creative mind, and a mentality to learn new abilities make my strengths. I do have many more strengths but I will do the pleasure and keep it to minimum. I possessed these characteristics by always wanting to learn and do more. Since I was a kid I been motivated to be out in the world to learn new ways and be able to survive the oppression of community. What I believe to be my sad weaknesses, (and I say sad because I attempt to overcome these weaknesses but always fail) are reading, mathematics, and hearing lectures. These weaknesses could be dominated, yet I cannot overcome them. I am more of a hands on guy, I much rather be doing than hearing. To this day I still try to read and try to summarize what I read. One other strength I will mention is my patience with kids. This is a big strength to me because my career occupation has to do with working with children. I love kids and one-day hope to build a family with great kids. Many people I have met have no type of patience with children, nor would want kids in the future because they way most kids act, which is usually just loud and annoying to most. Possessing all my strengths and conquering my weaknesses to make them my strengths I will be able to

Growing up I faced many obstacles coming from an immigrant family. Never did I think I could overcome the obstacles and say that the little girl who went to one of the worst rated elementary schools in the area was now a rising senior at George Mason University. I grew up with both my parents and three sisters, and in my eyes we were an average “normal” family. I never saw my parents struggle or felt like I was missing anything, and not until I was older did I understand our situation. I did not fully grasp that my parents were “different” because they were immigrants until I realized they could not help me with my homework, engage in a conversation with my teachers, nor participate in all the things my classmates parents did.…
