Woke up this morning and I thought about you in many ways from beginning to end. I thought about the pieces of the puzzle that connects us so closely; I thought about what makes us so unique from other people in this generation, I thought about the struggles, trials, and tribulations we go thru to remain strong and stand tall no matter what life and the environment throws at us at any given moment. I then thought about the foundations that we were built upon, yes indeed someone planted and nurtured you and you started to blossom and grow; I could recall my process was just a bit similar due to me being created by a man and a woman in the heat of passion. To simplify, we have made things easier by given each other nicknames; Silver maple gained the nicknames of Silver leaf maple, Soft maple, Water maple, Swamp maple, White maple and Creek maple; to compare I go by the nicknames of Tye, Tee, Nae, or Renee. To compare, Silver maple trees grow along swamps, creeks, and rivers and being that I was born and raised along the Mississippi river as well as being instilled in the swamp life early by taking many tours and trips to Alligator Bayou and Acadian Swamp tours in my younger days. Furthermore, I would like to talk about the location of where the Silver Maples are and how it relates to me. Indeed, it is stated that Sliver maples are highly located in the Eastern half of the United States, except close to the Atlantic coast and parts of Florida. To compare, almost half of my family lives in the Eastern half of the United States where I travel a lot during the summer and sometimes winter months. Moreover, the roots of the Silver Maple; are very interesting to me being that they grow very aggressively, big, deep, and faster than any other Maple; they are unique because some are extremely deep and some roots cover the top few inches of …show more content…
To add, the bark also resembles me by the color it portrays depending upon maturity such as a gray to a gray-brownish color. To identify, it’s similar to me being that I have a bit of skin discoloration upon my face, which is two dark-grayish spots around my nose on each side and two spots on my lower chin. Now, the twigs of a Silver Maple are beautiful but have a very rank odor when it’s been cracked or squashed, this resembles a little part of me being that people have tried to break me down, classify, and manipulate me as a bad person all my life due to one mistake I made and I’ve still remain to be optimistic and sane thru every situation no matter how much they have tried to break or shatter my dreams Moreover, the uses of a Silver maple tree are quite similar to any other tree, meaning it’s used as a source of food and housing for certain animals, medicine, landscaping and construction purposes. In certain, the uses of a Silver maple tree basically describe what I like to do now and what I want to do in the near future.
