Bobbi Autobiography

I stood there drying my hands from doing the dishes, I peered from my spot in the kitchen just in time to see the blank, ghostly white look come across on my father 's face. As I look back to that night, that memory is the first that comes to mind; the beginning of the series of event that would have an impact on my life as a teenager. My sister, Bobbi, lived the typical eldest child childhood. She was adored by my grandparents, worried and argued with her younger siblings, and rebelled as a teenager. Bobbi graduated from John Glenn High School in 2009 and continued her education at Michigan State University. A two and a half hour drive would separate Bobbi from the only life she knew and grew up with from a life full of “adult” responsibilities. Excitement and nerves are the words to describe her moments driving to college; however, that is until she met a roadblock. My parents gave Bobbi an ultimatum: either dump Joe and continue college or continue dating the scumbag and get removed from MSU. Thinking she was an experienced truth deceiver, Bobbi decided to continue on with college....and still have Joe live with her. Wise ones say to “never lie to your parents,” and this case proves it. Our mother found out and Bobbi was pulled from college. Joe grew up with parents that abused him, had different spouses, and who plainly just did not care. Bobbi thought she was living the fairy tale life after being pulled from college until the day she wound up pregnant. Life was perfect until she realized that Joe had some anger issues. She dealt with them until it escalated too far one argument when he grabbed her hair, and with clenched fists threw her to the ground and kicked her pregnant stomach. That was the day I found out I would be an aunt and the day she moved back
