What makes a person who never had the idea to study abroad had been changed? I started my working life as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Work and earn a return is something I’m happy. So I don't want to go back to tired study anymore. And Studying in the same branch I achieved does not make income increased significantly. If I want to increase revenue, it has to work in a hospital that provides me a lot more doctor fees, or change career path that has opportunities for more income. Or if I take a class in another field. I will not go for nothing. My opinion is no more struggles. Until I found the situation that made me change my thinking.

The first month, there are no cases at all. Until after 3-4 months, there is still very few cases. Rents and wages to be paid, the company deficit. Therefore, there is a meeting between the shareholders and the therapists. Each partner will have to come to this center when there are meetings only. While I am a therapist who has worked here for more than anyone else. So, I can see the problem more than others. We helped to analyzed and found solutions to each problem. This brainstorming has advantages. We can view a variety of problem-solving before you choose the method that would be the best, if not, we still have other options to choose from. This time I participated in suggesting ways and have been used. I suggested a without costs seminar to knowledge and answer questions: an introduction to child development to the children’s parents or caregiver. After the seminar found that the parents aware of the problem developed more, children were early intervention. In addition being told out about the need to stimulate the child development.
