I had gone to doctors for years, and I was diagnosed with depression, anxiety and they even went so far to diagnose me with PTSD. Every medication I was given just didn’t seem to help. I finally found a doctor, who actually sat down with me and conducted an assessment he began asking me several questions about my mood swings, lifestyle, behaviors and depression symptoms. My doctor had me begun me with the lowest dose of Lamotrigine, which was 25mg once a day. Although, I felt like it was making somewhat of a difference; I didn’t think it was doing all it could to keep me balanced.
