We are no longer the center of their attention since they are able to help and choose their own learning. Nonetheless, we are still needed to help guide and teach the students how to effectively use the equipment. We as teachers need to teach them responsibility on how to take care of the devices that we provide for them just as if it were their very own. By integrating these products into our classroom we are helping to foster their learning. Even with us limiting the student’s access we are still helping the students achieve goals.
In the end, we are promoting high quality early education and we are preparing the children for their future learning experiences. Also, with us having introduced technology to our class we can help improve the children’s social skills, language, math and perhaps their school readiness.
