My Legacy

In the year 2017 I see myself as a freshman attending a high school, in all Honors classes. I have graduated the eighth grade and received my diploma. I have officially completed 9 years of school. All of that hard work, time, and effort I have put in grammar and middle school is all over. In high school, I will have a clean slate. No legacy, no one knows who you really are but you. However, I will have left a legacy at my current school, Eisenhower. A legacy is what you have left behind, how people will remember you. As a result, I will be remembered by being a dedicated scholar. I will have left a memorable legacy.

In order to grow, you have to set goals and learn from your mistakes. Yes we all can admit, no one likes to make mistakes, but when you do, you shouldn't gain frustration. Take those mistakes and learn from them. They will help you in the long run. So what goals will I set? One major goal I will have is to take a course that teaches Marine Biology and eventually get into a college that helps me pursue my goal of being a Marine Biologist. How can I achieve a goal this immense? No goal can be far from your reach. If you believe it, you can do it. I can accomplish this goal if I have the drive to do so, If I study really hard, and if I be active in class so teachers can see what kind of student I really am. Not only do I work this hard in school, I also spend a bundle of time at cheerleading. I want to win my national championship in Dallas, Texas. I set aside time every day to practice with my team and practice on my own to make myself better as a teammate and an individual. If or when I accomplish these goals, they will be my major accomplishments for the year and in life. Therefore, these tasks will overall make me a more intelligent, mature, and accomplished person if I complete …show more content…
To me, success is knowing that I have put in all of my effort and I have tried my best. As long as I do everything in my power to accomplish my goals, I will be contented. If I don't end up becoming a Marine Biologist or winning in Dallas, that’s fine. A quote states, “We learn from failure, not from success.” This quotation is saying that you don't always have to succeed in life. It is adequate to fail. So if I don't achieve my goals, that means that it was probably meant to be that way. Nonetheless, school is not the only thing I value. In fact, the most important thing to me is the well being of my family. I also value friends, education, spirituality, and fairness. But you should also value yourself. You should always remember what is important to you so that they can help you achieve your goals and not get berserk with them. Altogether, your values and your perception of success will make accomplishing your goals

Success often viewed systematically, with rules and schedules that create charts that display accomplishments. GPA, financial returns, portfolio growth, career advancements are all measurements of achievement or failure. True success in life can only be achieved when you live, speak, and act completely within person truth.
