Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presents and making sure the impact lasts in your absence. Leaders throughout history are usually people who have failed, but have learned from their mistakes and have risen to great success. Many people expect a leader to be in a presidential form, or someone important in history. Well in my freshman year of high school I learned a lot about leaders. In my experience, a leader demonstrates someone who shows you new limits, is caring, and is a hard worker.

My good friend Ashley Boyle is a really hard worker. She works to make sure everyone knows every detail of what is going on. If there is a party going on she has everybody who is going on a group chat, to make sure everybody is up to date knowing what to bring, the address, and who all is going to be there. She is also always gentle, and caring, which is also a good feature in a leader.
Being caring is important to being a good leader. Being caring shows you can be trusted and easy to talk too. You should be caring like a mother/ father figure. People like to know they can trust you. If you can’t be trusted how can someone think of you as a leader? It would be hard. You have to let them know you care.
