The first things that enter my mind when I think of leaders are responsibility, accountability, and respect for others and yourself. Being a leader means countless of different things, from making the right decisions to believing in the situation, no matter the difficulties. As a leader, my job is not to be loved, but to do the right thing. Along with that though, comes love. Leaders do the right thing with love and care.
Being a leader on leadership team will enable me to further develop my efficiency and effectiveness in tough situations. It will also encourage me to exhibit moral and ethical courage by setting an example for players in the ensemble. Being a leader will force me to recognize my strengths and weaknesses regarding certain
