My Leadership Philosophy

Leadership is an important ability, It is necessary If you want to be the leader of a team, you need to convince people that your decision is right. Leadership is kind of like the beautiful things it is hard to define it but you will know it is leadership when you see it. A leader’s job is to lead people to advance, so leadership is how well can you do it. I used to work in a school as a teacher’s assistant, the principal of the school is a great leader. The reason I think he is a great leader because he is strict at work but kind of funny and friendly at private. He can separate works and lifer very well. When I am working he is a strict boss to let his employees obey the rules but when I am off duty he really become a good friend. He often drive us to someplace that we can play together so as to we do not have any pressure at work although the this job is very hard but I did’t see any of my colleague complains about it. I have met Jack Ma during banquet through his talking to other people I can tell his a confident people, with eager to greater future. His leading style is autocratic leadership, he always believe in his decision and that makes him too so far
