Never been on a team leader.

In group projects I’m usually the guy who thinks about all the good ideas, but they get shot down by the other group members because of time constraints, the amount of materials needed, etc.

I don’t have any leadership skills.

I would love to become a really good leader, but that requires a stern voice and never cracking a smile so that’s out of the picture. Realistically I would really like to become a leader of maybe a small group of people maybe just my friends.

Community Service:

I love me some video games. I honestly don’t have any other hobbies.

I ‘indirectly’ helped a few hundred people, when I reviewed products that I personally bought.

I rarely do volunteer work, mostly because I don’t

Considering that the two styles are usually placed on opposite ends of the leadership style continuum, a common misperception is that one’s leadership style has to fall to either one side of the continuum or the other. However, there are some leaders that are in both their concern for people and their concern for production. As we progress in knowledge, technology, and growth as a society, so do the leadership styles and theories.
