My Leadership Philosophy: Respect, Integrity, And Family

My Leadership philosophy entails respect, integrity and family. Respect was always present during my childhood and throughout my adulthood. Every visit to my grandparents I watched my parents listen to and care for them whether they wanted to or not, I felt the respect through compassion, it was phenomenal!
My parents instilled in me respecting yourself and others that have reached their pinnacle in life can help you to achieve your end goals. They have intuition & worldly knowledge, they have been where we are trying to get; why do you think they are so happy with the outcome of their lives. Listen & respect those who came before you, you might find what you are looking for. Respect is not given it’s earned.
