My goal as a leader is to grow as an individual and as part of a whole. Leadership has meaning to me in my personal life, my education, and in sports. I believe leadership starts at home. For me, this means setting a good example for my two younger siblings. I am the oldest, so I have to take on the responsibility of being one of their primary influences.
