What is leadership? If you want the technical definition leadership is both a research area and a practical skill encompassing the ability of an individual or organization to "lead" or guide other individuals, teams, or entire organizations. Although that is true leadership is much more than that. Leadership is being your own motivator even if no one is there to follow, a leader is being able to visualize your thinking, a true leader is knowing who you are and where you wanna go. Some people are taught to be leaders others are just born with it. In my case, I was born with it!

This is a new launch program that was started last year and I have decided to give it a try. I feel this represents leadership because it is trying something new that many others were unwilling to give a chance to. It involved creating a resume, learning to interview with professional companies and having to become responsible for the actions you make at a more direct level. This is a process I am still experiencing and sometimes I have to take a similar path as others, so leadership doesn’t always mean you are leading by yourself, but sometime rather in a group. This time in my life is very crucial to generations to come after me, because the things and hardships I go through, throughout the years to come will hopefully be gone and fixed for others who decided to join the program. Some of the hardships I face are being able to catch up in class the days I’m at work instead of school and just being able to stay focused and positive with the distractions around me. Some behavior I feel I have that goes with leadership is prioritizing your time and mind, which mean deciding what's important to you and putting all your effort and mind into. I also feel I being yourself and choosing things and people for yourself that are positive and
