My leadership philosophy is to get out of my comfort zone to be able to do hands on experience and be able to communicate with people. Since I want to become a heart surgeon, having a steady hand will be marvelous and I will not make any mistakes. Since volunteering is a practice of a career, I already prepared myself for the career field. This philosophy impacts my interaction with others in the roles listed above by physically moving, and being involved with an activity independtly or be in groups.
