My Leadership Philosophy And Vision

My leadership philosophy and vision of how I lead my organization or subordinates is

essential to becoming an effective leader and leading by example. Critical thinking and sound

judgement is required to discern what is right and wrong allowing my organization to understand

and receive appropriate guidance. Engaging in all aspects of what is going on within my

organization will push for efficiency, productivity, and respect.

The Army’s core values are the basis on which a leader is measured. The depth of

establishing the values that we base our beliefs in can only enhance the quality of a successful
