My LCI Scores: The Certified Nurses Aid Career

My LCI scores are as follows: Technical 31, Sequence 29, Confluent 24, and Precision 22. As I look back now I realize this was not a good job for me I had the heart for it but not the precision skills that are imperative in this job. The Certified Nurses Aid job was a good fit because it was more hands on that the Medical Technician job. With being and aide I helped the residents one on one all day and with being a Medical Technician I had to balance my best pattern which is Technical with my worst learning pattern which is precision. I know now that I could have succeeded a little better if I would have chosen to stay by tethering my technical pattern and forging my precision pattern as well as intensifying my sequence.
