QP engaged My-Kayla in participating in a CBT activity geared towards depression. QP explained to My-Kayla that the activity teach her antidepressant skills she can use to manage depression. QP asked MY-Kayla, if she is depressed. QP explained to My-Kayla what depression is? QP asked My-Kayla to give some examples of things a person may feel depressed about. QP brainstormed with My-Kayla symptoms of depression. QP discussed with My-Kyla, what mild and major depression are and provided examples of each. QP asked My-Kayla to list some negative thoughts a depressed person may have. QP asked MY-Kayla to list the emotions a depressed person may have. QP provided My-Kayla with a worksheet in, which she had to replace depressive thoughts with realistic thoughts. QP practice with My-Kayla realistic thinking.
