QP engaged My-Kayla in participating in a CBT activity geared towards building self-esteem though positive assertiveness. QP explained to My-Kayla that the activity will enhance her ability to assert herself and express expatiations. QP explained to My-Kayla that a person has the right to have opinions, to say no without feeling guilty, and to be treated with respect is an important step in changing the way they feel about themselves.
