Like most people, OK, I do not know most people, but go along with me; I was unsure what to do when I left high school. That was the case before I actually started to do research on my career and college choices. If you want to achieve your goals for a life after high school, you would have to go over and beyond if you want to get there. This is part of the message that Marlon Wayans has spoken, “Success is not a destination, but the road that you 're on. Being successful means that you 're working hard and walking your walk every day. You can only live your dream by working hard towards it. Fortunately, I had a website, www.naviance.com, as my compass. This website offered tools and lists of careers and colleges for me to choose. For many, I was a bit overwhelmed by the number of careers that was available. Naviance must have seen this coming because they gave me a personality quiz to help me with my career choice. Unfortunately, I remember very little from this quiz, seeing how it was weeks ago when I took it. The only few things I do remember, was that the quiz was so long and that I almost fell asleep on it, maybe it was not the quiz’s fault, but I had to blame something. So after this test, I learned, not really learned more like relearned, that I am realistic (having or showing a sensible and practical idea of what can be achieved or expected), practical (concerned with the actual doing or use of something rather than with theory and ideas.), and enterprising (occupations frequently involve starting up and carrying out projects. These occupations can involve leading people and making many decisions. Sometimes they require risk taking and often deal with business). There is more to me than these three words, but for now this is good enough to pinpoint a small number of jobs available to me.
