The typical day of my host Ms. Mcgee usually consists of making sure the location has enough product to sell and the packaging to sell it, scheduling her employees, and in case the chefs need some help, she helps them out. If she has any problems during the day she usually turns to her assistant manager, Adam or one of her other highly regarded employees. The most interesting part of my job shadow experience was watching Ms. Mcgee diffuse a situation with an irate customer. Probably the most meaningful were watching the employees act like a true family. Their bonds are so strong, The least I enjoyed is the prospect of having to participate in customer relations. I don’t think initially I would enjoy working in this environment but eventually, I believe I could grow to like working here. I do want to pursue this career however not in this particular part of this field.
