My Interview With Personal Branding

While walking down the stairs of an MNC for an interview, I had various kinds of thoughts running into my head.
I had spent good amount of time on my physical appearance. After keeping my achievement in tact in a file, I had thought lingering in my head-is this enough? Or I am missing on something?
On my way down the stairs, I read two words pasted on one of the walls 'Personal Branding'. It shook me to tell how, I was unknown to these words all this while. I decided to dig through to know more about this term.

Though, this term is not new to the dictionary, but has become an imperative factor for both work and personal life.
