However, it is the time to figure out my ideal future and try to achieve it. My ideal future is to live a comfortable, happy life. I hope to have a stable job and live a fulfilled life. In my ideal future, I will be able to support my parents, buy own house, and control my life. I want to become an actuary in the future so that I can do things I love and be economically independent.
My ideal future can be broken down into personal, social, and career goals. I want to start with my personal goals. My first personal goal is to overcome my shyness. My second personal goal is to trust myself. Then, I would like to talk about my social goals. My first social goal is to contribute to the society. My second social goal is to take care of my parents. Last but not the least, I want to think more about my career goals. My first career goal

My parents and I are all first-generation immigrant. My parents cannot speak English and never have a chance to go to college. At the same time, I am the only child in the family. I hope to support them so that they will be happy and live good lives. To achieve this goal, I need to find a good job, earn decent salary and spend enough time with them. The person I picked to discuss these goals with my friend Brady Shorey, he has been my inspiration in school and has become someone who I really look up to. The main reason I look up to Brady is because he has created a life out of nothing, he has worked incredibly hard for everything he has; leading to him becoming a successful lawyer, Brady had goals and dreams and through his hard work he transformed dreams and aspirations into reality. His general response to my goals was positive, the one suggestion he offered was to start now rather than waiting. He explained this suggestion by stating, “the longer you wait, the easier it’s going to become to put these goals off and forget about them.” He also encouraged me to really push myself, not settling with a lower bar, but really pushing yourself by setting high expectations for yourself.…
