It has over 130 miles of beaches and towns filled with restaurants, shops, boardwalks and so many other things. Long Beach Island is my home during the summer and the people that I’m surrounded with certainly aren’t people like the cast of Jersey Shore. My summer home is filled with memories of children and grandchildren, aunts and uncles and friends all bursting into laughter and celebrating good times. Long Beach Island offers some of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast, as well as hundreds of shops and fine restaurants. The island is only a quarter mile wide with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. The beach is spotted with families during the day and nighttime recreation includes visits to a restaurant, an amusement park or a round of miniature golf.
Another typical stereotype that is represented in other shows that are based in New Jersey and give it a bad reputation is Real Housewives of New Jersey. The show is revolved around a bunch of affluent families who are involved in a lot of scandals and drama with each other.
