1. The online assessments were rather accurate. They all had results that matched well with each other; they all consistently implied artistic, social, and methodical personality traits, which line up with known personality traits. One reason for any possible false results may to due to the assessments requiring a lot of self-honesty, which could be alter by social standards. For example, an introvert may make their answers more extrovert as society considers extroverts to be leaders, and introverts to be loners. Both Chiropractor and dental hygienist were both recommended occupations from the online assessments results. Both have been occupations that have interested me previously. I do plan to become a dental assistant and than possibly return to school for dental hygiene. The results of the assessments reinforce the career ideas that I have had. As I would like to focus on a scientific career that involves interacting with the public and helping people.
4. I believe these careers would match my personality very well and I had high investigative, social, and artistic results in the Holland theory assessment; all of which are need to be successful in both chiropractor and dental hygienist career paths as one needs explorative, creative, and supportive personality traits. The results highly reinforced my career choices, as I have already decided to go in a path, which involves healthcare, specifically a career in dental assistance and later on dental hygienist if it suits me. Most my career recommendations regarded support and healthcare; which was highly motivating and rather expected, as I have always had a very high interest regarding those career paths (Nursing, paleontology, police, social worker, chiropractor, and dental

But to my surprise I actually learned something about myself, things that came natural to me to the point of not really paying any attention to them. According to this assessment my top strength is Strategic which does make sense to me when I started to review the results printed out on my report.…
