I was a teenager in high school just like you guys and it was a tough path to overcome. I am here to help you through your high school journey and to give you advice on how me and you kids can conquer it. During, my time in high school it was difficult and stressful with the amount homework or projects given. I also was dealing with the amount time I had because of sports and on top of that, with the AP classes that I had taken. I loved playing sports in high school especially volleyball, cross country, and track. It was a great experience and you get to meet new amazing people that relate to you. As you guys can see, high school has its good moments and its down moments.

The thing that helped me to be relieved from the stress was joining sports because I felt like I was away from all my worries of doing good in school and just with my team having fun. When you are on a sports team and spend most of your time with a group of people, you realize that throughout being there, they will be there with you through all your problems. Also, they happen to be your second family at school to help you when you are playing and to encourage you to be the best ever. You kids should join a team or club because it will be a lot of fun and help you relieve the stress given. The amount school work you have to do when you get home can overwhelm you, but you do not have to worry about it when you are playing; just think of the good times. I hope I helped you kids to believe to never give up on the opportunities given to you when you do not get them handed to you and you if have to, work hard for them just like I did. Also, always have a positive mind-set and do not think negatively about anything. I am here to try to help you not have a bad experience in high school. Just remember what I compared myself to a tortoise and jaguar, because I really showed moments and signs that I was just like those animals.
