My Head Start Program As A Family Advocate

Decent Essays
This will be my fourth semester at POC. I am really enjoyed being a part of this learning community. I am looking forward to learning from the course work and my classmates, and to continue to develop my knowledge and skills from many experienced educators.
Currently I work for Head Start Program as a Family Advocate. My experiences at the POC have stimulated me to reinforce my values of integrity, self-determination, competence, and human relationships. As a Family Advocate, my integrity will be shown in an honest, respectful, and friendly manner. I will treat each family with respect and dignity. Taking the classes, I was able to change the way to speak to families and children that I work with. This will also allow me to build a good rapport
