To reiterate, the biggest criticism of myself is that I could and should have encouraged the rest of the group to be more involved in the production stage; in the others, especially in the preproduction stage, they performed fine, contributing to the storyboard, emailing necessary people in order to gain permission for filming, all integral tasks for an organised production. Besides from the small gripes that I have with myself and the group in involvement, I am completely content with what occurred while we worked together.
I have mentioned briefly what my role was during the three stages of production: pre-production, production and post-production. But to go into more detail as to what my role was, in pre-production it was a little restrained subsequent to the development of my idea, allowing my colleagues to handle the storyboard, details concerning with contacting necessary individuals with permission for shooting locations and scouting for locations that is suitable with the idea of the …show more content…
In the pre-production and editing, the involvement was not an issue. In fact, suggestions were plentiful in both phases. However, the production lacked members getting hold of the camera, filming the actors and the area within the scene. There was also not much communication from the group members and actors. Though reasons for lack of involvement during the production stage could be because there was not a strict following of the storyboard, and perhaps if there was a clearer vision of what occurred they would have been more willing to be involved. In the future there will definitely be more communication to rectify this issue if it occurs
