Rice, beans, tomatoes, lettuce, coffee, oatmeal, milk, orange juice, passion fruit juice, bread.
My story When I was young, and living in the Dominican Republic, my mom and dad used to go to the supermarket every week, most of the time on Saturday’s mornings. As children, my siblings and I were always expecting for candies, cookies, juice, yogurt, all the sweet stuff. My parents bought all those things. However, they were very strict regarding when and how give junk food to us. Back in DR, children got out of school between 12pm and 1 pm, and food were ready at the time we got home. My sister and I, used to get out of school at 12 pm, and the school was 10 min away walking. After lunch, the rule at home
