Growing up around boys made me love football, basketball, Power Rangers, Ninja Turtles and skateboarding. I loved skateboarding so much that when I was eight years old, I broke my femur bone skateboarding. I was in the hospital for three days before I was able to have surgery to put the metal plate in my leg. “The only thing you were worried about was getting home in time for Christmas. I like the person I am becoming and I’m discovering that the person I am, is no longer someone I am ashamed to be. In these past three years of high school I have had my heart broken and filled many times. I have gone through the roughest of times and I have gone through the best of times. This is truly only the beginning for a lot in my life. It is scary; sometimes overwhelming, but it also makes me kind of anxious. I’m ecstatic to see what God holds for me in the future and what he is calling me to do with my life after graduation. I am open to anything that may come if it’s for God’s glory because to me, in the end, that is how I will know I have lived a life full of
