However, they have to be a leader, kind, patient, a teacher and have to support you even if you fail. My grandfather has all of those factors that play into a role models life. He makes a great role model in my life. Even the people at his work or at the fire department said he is a good role model. They give examples like he always there, he works hard, he goes beyond expectations, and, in general, my grandfather is a good man raised right from the young ages. He hopes to be a part of everyone’s life rather it is helping, teaching, fixing things, or just spreading the word of God. He loves to be in my life even when I don 't want him in my life. There are some days and challenges that I don 't want him to see me suffer through it, but he will stick by my side and give me words of advice. My grandfather taught me that giving up is a sign of weakness, but if you fight you are a stronger woman. He tells me this every day I struggle. I look up to him for everything from skills that I can use in the work field to the skills of life. He also taught me what to look in man or a good friend. I hope I can take what he taught me today and I will continue to learn and apply it to my children and everyone around
