There is this part of me that can 't wait for me to be settled and have someone close to me that cares about me. But there is another part that has this fear of giving up my independence and not being truly loved.
From a young age, my parents would say, “This is your temporary home, your real home is with your husband.” I never really understood what they meant until I started understanding my culture and religion. Knowing my personality and my nature I don 't think I would ever have found anyone for myself. I imagine myself being successful in my career but living with my parents. By not having someone depending on me I would be about to travel the world. I would be disappointed in myself because I realize how important marriage is to my parents. I can imagine myself seeing my siblings happy with their spouses and children and secretly hoping I had my own as well. I would love my independence. The love your family gives cannot be compared to the love of a spouse and I would never get that. The advantage of not getting married would mean I fulfill my other dream of having a professional career, traveling the world and being free.
I can imagine myself being very happy when I 'm married. I have never had a best friend that I could trust with everything, and to have a best friend living with me would give me comfort, security, and adventure. I can imagine having my own family: me my husband and our three children. I can imagine family vacations, holidays and making wonderful memories with each other. I find my life being happily married far more attractive than single and

The answer is that it completely depends on the person. Before, my own strong desire to find that special someone validated by American culture’s strong view on love pushed me to believe that most, if not all, people wanted to eventually find their “soul mate.” From interviewing Janette and reading what Knox had to say about singlehood, I learned that being single can be something appreciated and even desired by someone, even when said person is at an older age. Eventually getting married is altogether not a dream everyone has. Marriage is a common goal for those who want someone to depend on or to share their life with.…

Perfect Mate Compare/Contrast Would you want to be the one to pick your wife? If I could have any kind of wife, I would want her to look decent and always kind, with a personality like no other. On the other hand my father thinks she should be monogamous, hard working, wise, etc.. I would want my wife to be always kind because she and I would get along really well and rarely fight. She would also have to look decent, I don't want a wife that looks the worst so I can at least admire her more. She would have to have an amazing personality because then she and I would be loyal and understanding of each other.…

I admit, however, that there can’t be anything along the lines of a “perfect family,” but some get awfully close to one more often than society would expect. I’m not asking for sunshine and rainbows, but I do plan to find someone at a young age, 25 or 26, second or third year in my medical education, hopefully, and get married soon after crossing each other's paths, craving our way into each other's hearts. In regards to my children, one or two are suitable to what I conceive to be reasonable to handle during that stage in my life. Of course, when you have a family, they have to live under your roof, and a roof I shall indeed provide. A sort of chalet, not too sizable, not too modest by any means.…

The film industry has always been such a monumental part of my life, it is a unique part of society. During the daily lives of people they are taught that emotion is wrong to show, it means you are weak. Though this teaching is very inapt the industry teaches us that showing emotion (loving, hating, desiring, ect.) is what makes us human. People spend years of their lives doing a mind numbing job that just gets them through life. With television, movies or on the stage you do something that changes the people who are watching in tremendous ways.…
